Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier, prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused on 29.06.2017 in Cr.Misc.No. 25220 of 2017 with direction to the learned court below to expedite the trial. Submission is that up-till-now only charge has been framed in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 04.02.2017. Other co-accused have already been allowed bail in this case.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60797 of 2017 (4) dt.07-02-2018 bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with S.Trial No.416 of 2017, arising out of Sikta Police Station Case No.45 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
