ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 22-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner being the husband apprehends his arrest in a case filed under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Earlier the matter was referred to Patna High Court Mediation Centre for resolution of the dispute between the petitioner Satish Mandal and opposite party No. 2 Punam Devi. It appears from the report of the learned Mediator dated 21.06.2016 that the matter has now been resolved amicably and the petitioner and opposite party No. 2 have decided to live in harmonious atmosphere with due respect and love to each other.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42849 of 2014 (4) dt.22-06-2016 P2/2 Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Katihar, in connection with C.A. No. 313/2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
