Prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner no. 2 is hereby allowed.
Let petitioner no. 2, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Jamalpur (Badgaon O.P.) P. S. Case No. 94 of 2014, which shall be abide by the terms and conditions mentioned in sub-section (2) of section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
