The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Adhoura P.S. Case No.34 of 2022 registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 326 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. It is further submitted that a Title Suit No.16 of 2020 is pending between both the parties. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner by contending that the allegation of causing injury on the head by lethal weapon i.e. axe including fracture injury on the hand of the informant is specific against

Therefore, the petitioner does not deserve anticipatory bail. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case as well as the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
