Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kishanganj Mahila P.S. Case No. 32 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 376, 323 and 225/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of POCSO Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. There is no specific allegation against these petitioners rather specific allegation is against Najebul. Petitioners have no criminal antecedents.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the
