2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 212 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, one country made pistol and two live cartridges have been recovered from the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 14.05.2024.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59384 of 2024(3) dt.20-12-2024 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 212 of 2024.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Muffasil Motihari Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
