This application was filed for quashing of the First Information Report giving rise to Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 234 of 2013 for the offence alleged under Section 7 E.C. Act. It appears from the first paragraph of the application that police has completed investigation and a charge sheet has already been filed against the petitioner.

This being the position, the application has become infructuous. It is dismissed as not pressed.
