2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner transpired in the re-statement of the informant. There is no material against this petitioner to show his complicity in the alleged occurrence. Specific accusation of inflicting knife blow to informant's son is against co-accused Himanshu Kumar. He further submits that co-accused Avinash Shrivastava has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court, vide order dated 02.07.2024 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 29749 of 2024.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - XVI, Gopalganj in connection with Phulwariya P.S. Case No.417 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. / Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
