The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is based on a complaint petition filed initially against five named accused persons including the petitioner. All the accused persons had taken the husband of the complainant for labour work at Bengalore. The husband of the petitioner did not return. Hence, complainant suspected the petitioner and others to have committed murder. Submission of the petitioner is that the case diary would reveal that there is no motive alleged against the petitioner or

Let, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, (West), Muzaffarpur/Successor Court in connection with Saraiya Police Station Case No. 485 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
