JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-12-2018 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Mansoor Chak P.S. Case No. 65 of 2018 dated 22.08.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the occurrence took place because of a petty dispute and the injuries suffered by the informant and others are simple in nature. There is a counter version of the occurrence also and the petitioner as well as the informant are own cousins.

Regard being had to the aforesaid facts and the

No.72794 of 2018(2) dt.21-12-2018 2/2 clean antecedents of the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Begusarai in connection with Mansoor Chak P.S.
