The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 84 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 504 and 427 the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the dispute relates to the property of Ram Janki Thakurbari, which was sought to be grabbed by some mischievous elements. It is

No.44393 of 2014 (3) dt.14-10-2015 further submitted that in connection with the said Ram Janki Thakurbari property, some altercation took place between the informant and the petitioners, for which, cases were instituted by both sides. It is further submitted that the matter has now been taken over by the Chairman, Bihar Religious Trust Board Patna and Additional Collector, Nalanda, for resolving the dispute. Considering the aforesaid submissions and also the fact that Bihar Religious Trust Board has taken over the entire matter, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biharsharif, Nalanda in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 84 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.. (Anjana Mishra, J) Jagdish/- U T
