I do not find any fresh ground to re-consider the prayer for bail of the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Session trial no. 927 of 2014 arising out of Bihta P.S.Case No. 346 of 2014, pending in the court of Additional District Judge VII, Danapur is again rejected on the ground mentioned in my previous order dated 21.04.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3835 of 2015.
