Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the order dated 24.2.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. no.30533 of 2020 is modified to the extent that the description of the petitioner no.7, Vinod Sah in the said order shall read as 'Vinod Sah son of Tilakdhari Sah' instead of 'Vinod Sah Son of Late Subedar Singh'.

It is further directed that the time granted in the aforesaid order dated 24.2.2021 for the petitioner Vinod Sah to surrender in the learned trial Court is extended by a further period of four weeks from today.

The instant application stands disposed of.
