2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 379, 420, 406, 120-B, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that this petitioner executed six Katha of land in favour of his wife, as gift deed, of the property of complainant/informant.
4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that this false and concocted has been lodged against this petitioner due to dispute between the parties only with regard to share of the ancestral property. Petitioner is none else but own brother of the complainant/informant. The dispute is purely of a civil nature.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the nature of dispute, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - IV, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No. 52 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
