2. The petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with Ariyari (Mahuli) P.S. Case No. 236 of 2023 for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act lodged on 13.08.2023 by the informant, Vinod Yadav.

3. The matter was earlier heard on 09.08.2024 and considering the allegation that has come against the petitioner, this Court did not wanted to extend any relief to the petitioner. However, it was informed that he has cleared the Bihar Police Constable Examination pursuant to the advertisement no.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59028 of 2024(3) dt.20-09-2024 2/2 01/2023 and as such he may be allowed to appear in the physical examination. In that background on 09.08.2024, he was granted provisional bail for four weeks. It came to an end and thereafter, as per the supplementary affidavit, he has surrendered on 10.09.2024.

4. Considering the allegation that he opened fire hitting the right chest of the injured, for the present, this Court is not inclined to extend him the privilege of bail which is accordingly rejected.
