Prayer is for bail on behalf of the petitioners who are in jail since 13.08.2017 in Bihar P.S.Case No. 453 of 2017 registered under section 467,468,471 and 420/34 IPC. It is stated that the petitioners have been named on suspicion only and they are not those who called the informant for employment. Co-accused Ranjeet Kumar was only alleged to be present along with the petitioners who, too, were the applicants like the informant. They have clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50619 of 2017(2) dt.17-10-2017 2/2 Nalanda in Bihar P.S. Case No. 453 of 2017 on condition that one of the bailors in each case shall be own/close family member of the petitioners. As soon as the charges are framed, the petitioners shall appear in person on all the dates fixed at the trial. Failure in doing so shall lead to cancellation of their bail bonds.
