Although, it is stated that petitioner was caught red handed while he made attempt to steal the motorcycle of the informant but petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 30.07.2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Sheohar P.S.
