The petitioner seeks bail in Bhabua P.S. Case No. 268 of 2017 registered under Section 395, 427 and 386 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with four other accused persons are said to have demanded ransom and also looted Rs.50,000/- from the petrol pump and damaged the laptop etc. intruding into the said petrol pump. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegation against the petitioner is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. He has no concern with the said

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54184 of 2017 (02) dt.13-12-2017 - 2 - occurrence. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. One similarly situated co-accused Golu Kumar @ Golu Patel @ Aman has been granted bail by this court in Cr. Misc. No.34143 of 2017 vide order dated 20.07.2017. The petitioner has been languishing in custody since 24.05.2017. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No.268 of 2017.
