2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 435, 436, 427, 353, 153 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Prosecution story, in brief, is that about 100-150 persons, armed with lathi, danda, came at the gate of informant's company and started pelting stones on the police personnel deployed at the gate and forcibly entered the campus. It is further alleged that the accused persons also set the entry room, guard room, water tank and motorcycle on fire. Petitioner has got 15 criminal antecedents.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and he has been made accused only on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54979 of 2025(2) dt.15-10-2025 2/2 suspicion.

5. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedents, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
