The petitioner is claiming his salary as he was appointed in the 4th phase of appointment in the College. The matter was pending before Hon'ble Supreme Court for consideration about entitlement to these classes of persons which has been referred to Hon'ble S.B. Sinha Commission which is examining the entitlement of salary of these classes of persons.
Patna High Court MJC No.3496 of 2009 (16) dt.30-11-2015 If the petitioner has not already participated before the Hon'ble S.B. Sinha Commission the liberty is given to him to approach before the said Commission and if the order is passed in favour of the petitioner it goes without saying that he will have a liberty to take legal recourse as available under law.
Accordingly this application is disposed of.
