JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 17-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. It is contended that the petitioner is not named in the First Information Report and during investigation, his name has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Kuldeep Kumar @ Kuldeep Kumar Agrawal, who has already been granted bail vide order dated 3.09.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.40768/2015. It is further contended that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he is in custody since 22.06.2015. Having regard to the aforementioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Manish Kumar @ Rajiv Paswan is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52678 of 2015 (2) dt.17-12-2015 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Purnea in connection with Janki Nagar P.S. Case No.67/2015, with a further condition that one of the bailors must be his father.
