The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 13.01.2023 passed in Cr. Misc No.74210 of 2022 to the extent of extending the period of surrender. 3.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by four weeks from today in connection with Nalanda, Excise P.S. Case No. 253 of 2022, pending in the court of learned 4th Additional District and Session Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise-II, Biharsharif, Nalanda, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar.
