2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to O.P. No. 2, vide order dated 19.03.2021 passed in A.B.P. No. 04 of 2021, arising out of Terhagachh (Tedhagachh) P.S. Case No. 111 of 2020 by the learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge 1st-cumSpecial Judge, Kishanganj.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest and also a direction to O.P. No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66910 of 2021(2) dt.04-12-2025 2/2 2 to co-operate in the early disposal of the case.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
