The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No.451 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 447, 354B, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code (for short "IPC").

It is contended that the ingredients of the offence punishable under Section 307 of the IPC are not attracted in the present case. The informant and his family members brutally assaulted Pachiya Devi, the mother of the petitioner, for which she was treated at D.M.C.H. and on her fardbeyan, the police registered Sadar P.S.Case No.482 of 2015 against the informant

Learned counsel for the State has opposed the application for bail to the petitioner.

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No.451 of 2015.
