The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Suryapura P.S. Case No. 69/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that his son Vikas Kumar was married with Sandhya Kumari the daughter of Jagropan Chaudhary (petitioner no. 1) in the year 2013, but after two years of marriage Jagropan Chaudhary took his daughter to his house. It is further alleged that on 29.07.2015 Jagropan Chaudhary and his son Chandan Kumar came and took the motor-cycle bearing BR24M-4171 of the informant and they refused to return the motor-cycle.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41405 of 2016 (2) dt.22-11-2016 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegation is false and concocted. The informant is father-in-law of the daughter of the petitioner no. 1 Jagropan Chaudhary. The daughter of the petitioner no. 1 was subjected to different sorts of torture by the informant and his family members including her husband that is why this false case has been lodged. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioners, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj in connection with Suryapura P.S. Case No. 69/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Vinita/- U T
