JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-01-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in Sherghati P.S. Case No. 346 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 02.06.2021.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that subsequently two other co-accused namely, Amit Paswan and Gaurav Kumar @ Mantu Kumar having similar allegation have already been granted bail by different Benches of this Court vide order dated 06.08.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8756 of 2021 and dated 27.09.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13413 of 2021. Petitioner is in custody since 21.08.2020.
