====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-12-2022 Heard Mr. Suresh Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Manoj Kumar, learned APP for the State.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner was earlier granted bail vide order dated 10.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 67974 of 2021 on certain conditions as contained in the order. The bail bond of the petitioner was not accepted because two criminal cases were pending against the petitioner. The petitioner further submitted that he has stated correct facts in the present bail application and seeks to be released on bail on similar terms and conditions as contained in order dated 10.05.2022.

Considering the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner who is in custody since 25.08.2021 is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61080 of 2022(3) dt.14-12-2022 2/2 directed to be released on bail on similar terms and conditions as contained in order dated 10.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 67974 of 2021.
