The petitioners are in custody in connection with Special Case No. 5743 of 2019 arising out of Khusrupur P.S. Case No. 210 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 30(a), 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. In the instant case total 16 ltrs of liquor was seized. The petitioners are in custody since 29.06.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, above named, be

Case No. 210 of 2019.
