JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Solicitor General appearing on behalf of the Opposite parties.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties and on perusal of the materials available on record, I am of the considered view that no case for deliberate disobedience of this Court's order is made out for taking action against the opposite parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, states that

Patna High Court MJC No.4137 of 2014 (7) dt.13-01-2016 consequential benefits in terms of this Court's order, dated 16.06.2014 have not been extended to the petitioner so far. Mr. S. D. Sanjay, learned Additional Solicitor General assures this Court that the Opposite parties would be taking steps in this regard immediately after disposal of the Special Leave Petition filed before the Supreme Court in connection with the dispute in question..
