JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-09-2016 After some argument, Sri Amit Kumar Anand, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, makes a prayer for disposal of the present petition, so that, petitioner may appear before the court below and makes a prayer for regular bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that one another accused person, whose name has also transpired in the statement of the apprehended accused person has appeared before the court below and he has already been granted regular bail.
