The petitioner has moved this Court for issuance of writ commanding and directing the Respondents concerned to make payment of due amount of differential salary which is due as the petitioner was promoted but the differential salary was not paid to him till date without any valid reason. And/or any other relief, writ, order, direction for which the petitioner is found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case.

Petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the respondent no.6 along with all supporting documents

Patna High Court CWJC No.12952 of 2023(2) dt.20-03-2024 2/2 within a period of two weeks and respondent no.6 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within eight weeks thereafter.

It is made clear that respondent no.6 shall be liable for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period. 5.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
