The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mashrak P.S. Case No. 201 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 379 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the simple nature of injury caused to the informant by the petitioner, namely, Pankaj Singh, who is said to be a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 1.10.2015, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri D.K.Tiwary, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Chapra in connection with Mashrak P.S. Case 201 of 2015.
