04. 22.06.2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner seeks bail in Sessions Case No. 18 of 2013 arising out of Alouli P.S. Case No. 172 of 2011 (G.R. No. 1907 of 2011) registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending before the Additional District & Sessions Judge-II, Khagaria. In view of the Reports of the Trial Court and the S.P. from which it appears that the trial is at its fag end, I am not inclined to review the earlier order refusing bail to the Petitioner.
