This Court has occasion to decide the issue in CWJC No. 7322 of 2017 vide order dated 11.04.2018. In view of the above the present writ petition is disposed of in similar terms with a direction to the respondents to examine the case of the petitioner in the light of the order dated 11.4.2018 passed in CWJC No. 7322 of 2017 and grant similar benefit to this petitioner if his case is similar to the petitioner of that writ petition.
