JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 05-01-2016 Pursuant to order dated 01.12.2015 counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondents no. 3, 4, 5, 7 and 8 and supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no. 6. Learned counsel for the State, from the materials brought on record submits that all admitted dues of the petitioner have been paid. With regard to A.C.P., it has been submitted that the decision is pending before the Screening Committee in the background that in the department proceeding 2nd show cause has been issued to the petitioner on 15.12.2015. Though copies of the counter affidavit and the supplementary counter affidavit have been served on learned counsel for the petitioner on 21.12.2015, no rejoinder to the same has been filed.
Patna High Court CWJC No.18443 of 2014 dt.05-01-2016 2/2 In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondents to ensure that the departmental proceeding is taken to its logical conclusion within four months and thereafter all remaining admitted dues shall also be paid and decision taken with regard to grant of A.C.P. to the petitioner.
