JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the husband of the informant is languishing in jail since 06.08.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The basic accusation is of torture for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is of omnibus and general.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the informant that the informant is still ready to reconcile the issue. Considering the nature of accusation and period under custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55265 of 2015 (2) dt.07-12-2015 2/2 of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Danapur, Patna in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 96 of 2015.
