At an earlier occasion, on account of concealment of criminal antecedent under para-3 of petition of Cr.Misc.No.47876/2014 vide order dated 10.04.2015, prayer for bail was rejected. Petitioner remained under custody since 02.10.2014 which has been wrong mentioned in the order-sheet of learned lower court as 30.10.2014. No specific allegation has been attributed to him and in the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner, Arun Kumar Singh @ Arun Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sanjay Kumar, Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Patnacity in Gaurichak PS Case No. 244/2014.
