19-01-2015 In compliance with the order dated 18.12.2014, the District Superintendent of Education, -cum- District Programme Officer ( Estt.), Bhagalpur, namely, Sri Jyoti Kumar is personally present in the Court.
In this case, a show cause has been filed on 15th January,2015, wherein it has been indicated that claimed salary from initial date of her joining till March 2014 to the tune of Rs.20,33,608/- has already been paid to the petitioner vide cheque dated 05.01.2015. Mr. S.Raza Ahmad, learned AAG-9 submits
Patna High Court MJC No.2155 of 2013 (5) dt.19-01-2015 2/2 that the order of the writ court has already been complied with. It was submitted by learned counsel for the State that service of the petitioner has already been regularized.
In view of the fact that the order of the writ court has already been complied with, there is no need to keep the matter pending.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that direction may be issued for making further payment on availability of the fund. The Court is of the opinion that in contempt jurisdiction, it would be difficult for this Court to issue any further direction.
The petition stands disposed of.
