The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Rivilganj P.S.Case No. 52 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering that there is case and counter case and no specific allegation has been made against the petitioner as also that two other co-accused Raushan Singh @ Raushan Kumar Singh and Anil Singh @ Anil Kumar Singh against whom there is more serious allegation than the petitioner have already been granted pre-arrest bail by this Court vide order dated 30.08.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47734 of 2018, in the

No.70475 of 2018(2) dt.21-12-2018 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateV-IIIth, Saran in connection with Rivilgang P.S. Case No. 52 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
