2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126 ( 2 ), 117 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 76, 303 ( 2 ), 352, 351 ( 2 ), 351 (3) and 3(5) of BNS. 3 . As per the prosecution case , informant alleged that on 24.12.2024 at about 8 AM, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner were ploughing the field of informant and when informant objected, then this petitioner assaulted informant with iron rod. It is further alleged that accused persons also assaulted informant and other and als snatched gold chain from nephew of informant and Rs.25,00/- from informant.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus against this petitioner. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature . Rest of the allegations are ornamental to make the case grave . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .
6 Considering the aforesaid facts, nature of injury and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 954 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 .
