The petitioner is in custody since 28.07.2017 in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 215/16 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324/307/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the fact that several persons have fired, but only one shot is said to have hit the informant and that the petitioner is having clean antecedent and is in custody for more than three months, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
