2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 109, 351 ( 2 ) and 352 of BNS.

3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely , Pradeep Kumar Singh Mahto alleged that on 11.06.2025 at 8:30 AM , while informant was working in the field, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner came there and started abusing and assaulting him. It is further alleged that this petitioner inflicted rama blow on head of informant due to which he sustained injury . 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case . Allegation of assault is general and omnibus against this petitioner. Rest of the allegations are ornamental to make the case grave in nature .

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and and there is specific allegation against this petitioner is that he inflicted rama blow on head of informant due to which informant sustained injury . Doctor has found the injury grievous in nature .

6. Considering the nature of accusation , injury and gravity of offence , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected.
