The petitioners seek bail in connection with Chand P.S. Case No.42 of 2015 registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that the Lakshmina Devi, the daughter of the informant Ram Singh Chouhan, was burnt to death by all the accused persons including the petitioners for non fulfillment of the dowry demand.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are parents-in-law of the deceased and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55159 of 2015 (4) dt.22-02-2016 2/2 due to ulterior motive, the informant has lodged this false case implicating the petitioners and others. It is further submitted that the petitioners are separate with the husband of the deceased in mess and means. The petitioners are in jail custody since 30.08.2015.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua, in connection with Chand P.S. Case No.42 of 2015.
