2. With the consent of all the parties, this writ application is being disposed of at the present stage itself.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for seeking the reliefs as claimed for in the present writ application, the petitioner has filed several representations before the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna,

Patna High Court CWJC No. 13136 of 2025(2) dt.19-09-2025 2/3 last one being dated 14.07.2025 (Annexure P-6/5) which continues to be pending before the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if an appropriate direction could be issued to the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna to dispose of his pending representation on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

4. To this prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsels for the Respondents do not have any objection.

Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of directing the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna to dispose of the pending representation of the petitioner dated 14.07.2025 on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, by passing a reasoned and speaking order. The entire exercise must be completed by the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna within a maximum period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order by the

Patna High Court CWJC No. 13136 of 2025(2) dt.19-09-2025 3/3 petitioner. Needless to emphasize that the final order which shall be passed by the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna should be a reasoned and speaking order.
