Petitioner is in jail custody since 07.10.2015 on the accusation that he got selection on the post of constable by playing fraud. It is alleged that in place of petitioner, one another person appeared in examination.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur in connection with Bhabhua P.S.Case No. 565 of 2015.
