NATH ORAL ORDER 03-02-2015 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners has confined his prayer for direction to the court below for expeditious disposal of the suit in accordance with law. Earlier direction was issued with regard to expeditious disposal of the suit by the appellate court in Miscellaneous Appeal No. 11/2014.
