Petitioner is in jail custody since 06.04.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,323,307,427,435,379 and 384 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act, 16(ii),17,20 of Unlawful Assembly Prevention Act.

The petitioner is named but having similar allegation one co-accused namely Jogendra Yadav @Yogendra Yadav @ Jogi has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court vide order dated 28.08.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35022 of 2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on
