JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.245 of 2015 arising out of Dharhara P.S. Case No.86 of 2015 registered under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is husband of the deceased. The allegation is that the victim was set on fire after pouring Kerosene oil on her body in her matrimonial home for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

Regard being had to the serious nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected.

The trial court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible.
