Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code.
Submission is that though the FIR would reveal that there is allegation of kidnapping to the daughter of the informant by the petitioner and others. However, Annexure-3 would reveal that both were in love and had already married by swearing an affidavit. The Medical Board has assessed the age of the victim as 18-19 years. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two
