Petitioner seeks bail in Patori P.S. Case No. 267 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 363/365/366A/34 of the India Penal Code, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur.

In view of the statement of the victim under Section 164 Cr.P.C., I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Prayer for bail of the petitioner is, accordingly, rejected.
